How to read the register
A date is not an approval.
Publication dates describe the record. Evidence dates describe the source boundary. The status note tells you what remains unresolved.
Version
Every policy record names the copy or placeholder version currently indexed.
Evidence date
The source boundary is dated separately from the policy's publication record.
Review status
Draft and owner-dependent records remain open until the responsible review is complete.
